Project Overview
Super Skaters is a vibrant multiplayer party game developed for PC. In this game, you and your friends compete in a variety of mini-games while rocking some serious skates! From sleek rollerblades to hilarious wet-floor slides, the unique skating mechanic adds a fresh twist to classic party game competition.
My Role: Project Manager
As the project manager, I spearheaded the organization and direction of Super Skaters. My responsibilities included:
Streamlined Communication: I organized weekly meetings and additional section-specific meetings to ensure clear communication and collaboration between artists, programmers, and other team members.
Efficient Workflow: I implemented a well-structured GitHub repository, making it easy for artists and programmers to navigate and contribute.
Proactive Support: I conducted regular check-ins with team members to identify and address any challenges they faced, such as overscoping or technical issues.
Innovative Tools: To further enhance efficiency, I adopted and integrated Miro, a project management tool that streamlined brainstorming, task tracking, role allocation, issue resolution, and more.

Key Features
Unique Skating Mechanic: The game differentiates itself from traditional party games by introducing a diverse selection of skates, from classic rollerskates to the hilarious "wet-floor slide."
Tech-Driven Mini-Games: We pushed the boundaries with our Ice Fall mini-game, utilizing Unreal Engine's destruction features to create dynamic ice platforms that crumble beneath players' skates. This technically demanding feature required several months of optimization to address object count lag and crashes.
